Personal Training in the translation of Tibetan Buddhist Scriptures

Over 1,000 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher Training

My primary background is in the Gelug Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, although I have lived and studied within Zen and Theravada communities.

I work closely with my Heart Lama, as well as my herbalism teacher.

"There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Your own mind, your own heart is the temple; the philosophy is kindness.” His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Who or what inspired and impacted your path and training in integrative work?

For the past 20 years, I have been privileged to study in the most traditional way — by closely serving (and sometimes living with) esteemed Buddhist teachers and healers from around the world. Apprenticing in this way is rare for my generation, especially as a woman. The teachers and healers I’ve served have been extraordinary practitioners and scholars. It is their kindness and wisdom that I hope to pass on. You can read my full story at

What does a session look like with you?

Most essentially, we explore how to place your spiritual practice/ healing on a foundation of love and connection. In that exploration, I might offer personalized meditations and advice (including yoga and herbs), as well as Buddhist psychology/theory, as applicable.

What kinds of qualities do your clients have that thrive in your practice?

My students have a sincere desire to move beyond the intellectual into the realm of direct experience and feeling.
